MEMOS.IO is super easy to use. However, we've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions for your consideration.

Do you have an iPhone or Android app?

Yes we do, we have both. To download them, visit our website from your mobile device and it will give you a link to download the app.

Can I use Memos on my iPad or Tablet?

Yes, you can either use our native iOS or Android apps, or you can access the your notes via the internet browser. For iOS, you can save the site as an icon and access it direct from your home screen.

Is it possible to make NotePad more accessible on my laptop/desktop?

If you use Google Chrome to browse the internet you can install NotePad as a Chrome Application. This means Memos sits on your desktop like any other application, ready to use whenever you need to take a note. You can download it here.

If I create notes on my mobile device, will they be accessible on my laptop?

Absolutely. Any notes you create in NotePad will automatically be accessible on any device you login to.

Can anyone read my notes?

Our admin team have no direct access to your notes, as our system is built with your privacy in mind. Our technical team do have access to the database where your notes are stored, however, the notes are encrypted so that only you can decipher which notes are yours. Although our app is thoroughly tested and secure, we do not recommend storing sensitive information on our platform.

What perks come with the premium account?

The premium account comes with upto 2GB storage (for photos, notes etc.) and is completely ad free. The free account is supported by unobtrusive ads and only comes with 100mb of storage.

I've stumbled across an abusive, illegal public note. How do I report it?
